Do I need to load the software onto my server?
No. RDS is a web-based software. With a secure and reliable internet connection, navigate to the login URL and enter your credentials. Once you successfully log into the platform, you will land on your dashboard and be able to navigate as needed.

Can I use RDS to send emails (reports, charts, searches, results, updates)?
Absolutely. We strive to keep you out of email chaos! The system is designed to send assignments, results, invoices and more, straight from RDS to the Assignee, Client, Vendor and internal User. Not only does it allow Users to better prioritize and manage their time – but also, the notes/messages/order history automatically keeps a timeline of communications/attachments sent. Unlike other systems, in RDS, you can even merge PDFs into one packet to email straight from RDS (reduce reliance on Adobe).
Does RDS do more than order tracking?
Absolutely. Real-time order tracking is just one element. RDS enables management of : CRM data, Client Data, Client Pricing, Vendor Data, Vendor Pricing, Jurisdictions, Employee Usage; Documents; Invoicing; Payment Tracking, and overall Productivity. RDS is a powerful platform automating and prepopulating fields as an order goes through the workflow process eliminating rekeying, reuploading/downloading documents, and filling out multiple forms. RDS forms are designed to expand, collapse and be interchangeable which eliminate keying, rework and lots of unnecessary scrolling and clicking. RDS has unique autosave and preview features further supporting specialized work.
Can our Clients, Customers, Vendors, Correspondents, Project Managers see their statuses, order details, order documents, invoices and other details?
Yes, if your company is set up to use the portal features, external Users as forementioned will be appropriately credentialed and permissioned. You can dramatically reduce and eliminate excess emails, phone calls, and texts. Make it easy for internal and external users to collaborate in RDS.
Can we transmit invoice data to QuickBooks or other Accounting software?
Yes. With the RDS design to autocreate invoices and allow Users to modify as needed. After the initial set up, it takes only a few clicks to export the RDS data, and if import enabled, your accounting system, like QuickBooks, can ingest the data. With RDS, you can eliminate creating invoices in QB. Keep your team working in orders, and drastically reduce reliance on QB and other systems.
